Job summary

DataSpring is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across functions in a fully remote environment. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source qualified candidates, and manage screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

You will coordinate offers and onboarding while maintaining candidate experience and recruiting data. Prior experience with technical recruiting and remote work is preferred, with DataSpring offering

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience for technical roles preferred.
• Experience recruiting in remote or healthcare tech environments preferred.
• Experience coordinating interview processes and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions across functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria.
• Develop sourcing strategies using inbound and passive channels.
• Screen and assess candidates, coordinate structured interviews, and provide candidate slate data.
• Support offer development and onboarding coordination with leadership.
• Maintain recruiting data, trackers, and documentation.
