Job summary

Tailscale is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build high‑quality pipelines across Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, and G&A. This is initially a 6‑month contract with the potential to extend or convert to full‑time based on business needs and performance.

You’ll partner with TA Partners and hiring teams to craft targeted searches, engage passive candidates, and scale pipelines with inclusive, data‑driven approaches. Remote-first company with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent sourcing/recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Experience sourcing technical talent across Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, or G&A.
• Ability to rapidly understand new roles and translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Strong research skills and use of non-traditional sourcing channels.
