Lavendo is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build strong, qualified candidate pipelines for clients. You will identify, research, and engage exceptional talent through outbound sourcing, enabling recruiters to close great placements.

This is a remote, US-friendly role with team syncs during US Pacific Time hours. No prior experience is required beyond a proactive mindset and willingness to learn; we provide training on our stack.

Formación

• Fluent English required for daily calls and outreach.
• 0–3 years in outbound, research, or client-facing roles.
• Motivated, coachable, and take ownership of your work.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source candidates using outreach tools and creative sourcing strategies.
• Build and manage outbound candidate pipelines for multiple roles.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualify fit before handing off to recruiters.
• Keep candidate records, pipelines, and sourcing notes up to date.
• Collaborate with recruiters and communicate candidate quality and pipeline health.
• Meet weekly sourcing activity targets and pipeline goals.
• Share ideas and contribute to team improvements, not just execute tasks.
