Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in outbound or client-facing roles.
• Must speak fluent English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Coachable, proactive, and takes ownership of work.
• Willing to overlap with US Pacific Time for team calls and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using outreach tools, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct HR screening calls and assess candidate fit for open roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly with clients and candidates.
• Meet weekly activity targets and monthly placement goals.
• Share ideas, flag issues early, and contribute to team improvements.
