Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent for a fast-paced, nationwide environment. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, source, screen, and submit qualified candidates, leveraging a modern tech stack to build scalable talent pipelines.

The role is remote with full-time telework and core east coast hours. Candidates should thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven federal services setting and enjoy rolling up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Actively source talent at all levels from open market, CRM, ATS, and internal databases.
• Conduct and guide candidates through the early stages of the process and submit qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to shape sourcing strategy and provide competitive intelligence.
• Use our sourcing tech stack including ATS/CRM and market-facing tools to drive throughput.
• Directly engage candidates to communicate the value of Amentum opportunities and build relationships.
• Support key program bids, critical roles, and pipelines for four Business Groups.
