Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment team by identifying and engaging potential candidates across multiple channels. The role focuses on sourcing strategies, screening, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for various openings.

The Associate Talent Sourcer will use Boolean search and ATS tools to build relationships with prospects, coordinate with recruiters, and promote our employer brand across platforms. Remote work setup offered.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on different job boards to boost candidate interest and process applications.
Using various sourcing methods on online boards, networks, and databases to identify potential candidates.
Initiating communication with prospective candidates and building relationships.
Evaluating candidate qualifications via initial phone or video interviews for fit.
Maintaining accurate candidate data in ATS and relevant databases.
Supporting recruiters on ad hoc sourcing-related tasks.
