• Processes and analyzes background reports under federal/state guidelines.
• Reviews CVs, applications, transcripts against background reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Flags discrepancies and coordinates with team to verify facts.
• Communicates with offices/recruiters to obtain missing information and clarifications.
• Documents findings and prepares reports for senior management to support placement decisions.
• Ensures timely turnaround and conducts necessary research on background checks.
• Maintains records and tracks status of background checks across offices.
• Coordinates international, client, and vendor background check requests as needed.
