Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Talent Services Operations Specialist to analyze background reports and manage requests across our offices in New Jersey or Miramar. You will collaborate with Talent Services leaders to ensure compliance with FCRA and data protection laws while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role supports recruiters, reviews education and licensure verifications, and tracks international checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Legal, Research, HR, or related field.
• 5 years' experience in Legal, Research, HR, or related fields in a medium/large org.
• Understanding of labor law and HR practices.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review background reports under federal/state guidelines.
• Compare CV/resume and documents with reports for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and pursue verification with teams.
• Communicate with recruiters to obtain missing data.
• Prepare findings and clearance notices for decisions.
• Maintain records and monitor background checks status.
