Engineering Economics, Inc. is seeking a Talent Research Partner to strengthen our recruiting capabilities by identifying and engaging top technical and professional talent.

You will partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to support sourcing strategy, market research, and personalized candidate outreach. This role offers remote work in the Denver area with occasional in-person meetings, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sourcing, recruiting, talent research, or related Talent Acquisition support.
• Strong sourcing and talent research skills, including passive outreach.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and multi-channel sourcing.
• Ability to build pipelines and manage competing priorities with strong communication.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals for pipelines.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and TA Partners to support sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Create thoughtful sourcing campaigns reflecting EEI's people-first culture.
• Screen candidates for role fit and alignment with EEI's values.
• Track activity and pipeline health to support recruiting effectiveness.
