Ladders is seeking a Manager, Talent Programs to join a leader in Information Technology. This role will shape an integrated talent programs roadmap supporting organizational capability and employee growth in a global, remote environment.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen talent frameworks, governance, and career pathways, influence performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and continuous improvement of talent practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
8+ years in HR or Talent Management with global exposure.
Experience translating strategy into scalable programs.
Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
Digital fluency in talent tech and platforms.

Responsabilités

Translate talent strategy into an integrated programs roadmap with clear priorities.
Lead evolution of talent frameworks and career paths.
Establish governance for competencies and pathways with HR leaders.
Design and implement core talent programs including performance management.
Integrate leadership development and learning with organizational goals.
Leverage employee insights to improve programs.
Align with leaders to meet capability needs.
