Job summary

SoftwareOne seeks a Global Talent Management Lead to design and evolve our integrated talent framework, driving governance and scalable decision-making across a global organization. You will partner with HRIS, Talent Analytics, Learning & Leadership Development, and regional teams to rollout talent reviews, mappings, succession planning, and internal mobility in a data-driven, inclusive approach.

Qualifications

Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or a talent centre of excellence.
Ability to design and implement talent reviews, succession planning, and career pathways.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve global talent frameworks and governance.
Lead talent mapping, calibration, and succession planning across regions.
Partner with HRIS, Talent Analytics, and Learning & Leadership Development to enable talent processes.
Define data standards and improve data quality for talent systems (Workday/HCM).
Develop insights for senior leaders to drive data-driven talent decisions.
Ensure consistent practices while enabling local adaptation across regions.
Drive adoption and governance of talent management standards.
