Global Power Components is seeking a Talent Development Manager to design and lead scalable talent development programs, including the Workforce Academy, succession planning, and onboarding. This onsite role partners with HR, Operations, Safety, and senior leadership to boost retention, capability, and leadership strength across the organization.

You will develop learning frameworks, measure program effectiveness, and drive workforce readiness for growth.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent development, learning and development, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience building talent development programs from the ground up.
• Experience with succession planning, career pathing, talent management, or leadership development.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and execute talent development strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of Workforce Academy and related programs.
• Design succession planning processes and career pathing frameworks.
• Lead leadership development programs for supervisors and managers.
• Establish enterprise learning strategies and evaluation of program effectiveness.
