Job summary

Grove Collaborative, a sustainability-focused consumer products company, seeks a senior HR/People programs leader to own compensation analysis, leveling, onboarding, and talent management. You’ll partner with PX leadership, calibrate roles, and ensure programs scale as the company evolves.

In this remote role, you’ll use AI tools to benchmark data, model offers, and draft onboarding content, while maintaining high standards and delivering actionable recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across HR / People programs and talent acquisition.
• Compensation fluency with market data, bands and internal equity.
• Experience building and operationalizing leveling framework.

Responsibilities

• Run compensation benchmarking and band maintenance.
• Own onboarding end-to-end to ensure clear levels in first ninety days.
• Lead talent management cycles, calibration, and career pathing.
• Manage episodic recruiting with high standards when reqs arise.
• Drive standards and influence across the org with leveling language.
