Job summary

Grove Collaborative seeks a senior HR programs professional to own compensation analysis, leveling, onboarding, and talent management. You’ll benchmark roles, build bands, model offers, and ensure internal equity. The role emphasizes scalable People processes with AI tools and requires deep experience in a fast-growing consumer goods or mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across HR / People programs and talent acquisition.
• Strong compensation fluency with market data and internal equity.
• Experience building leveling frameworks and calibration processes.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation analysis, benchmarking, band construction, and offer modeling.
• Develop and rollout leveling framework; train managers and calibrate roles.
• Own onboarding end-to-end and drive talent management cadence.
• Lead episodic recruiting searches when needed and uphold high standards.
• Leverage AI for benchmarking, JD drafting, onboarding content, and reporting.
