GlossGenius is seeking a People Operations Program Manager to design and scale programs across the People and Talent function, including compensation frameworks, onboarding, data and reporting, recognition programs, and more.

The role drives strategic projects, implements new processes, and ensures operational excellence as the company grows, spanning compensation, HR systems, data, AI enablement, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR/People Operations roles.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows.
• Strong analytical ability and Excel/Sheets expertise.
• Experience with HRIS and BI tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Build the data and reporting layer for People and Talent, defining metrics and dashboards.
• Design AI-powered workflows to increase efficiency.
• Lead strategic projects across recognition and HR systems.
• Architect the employee recognition strategy.
• Define internal operations for the People and Talent team and cross-functional handoffs.
• Support employees on benefits, immigration, payroll, leave, and more.
• Manage compensation infrastructure including band modeling and pay equity.
