Job summary

Optro is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to scale our global pay programs and reinforce a high-performance culture. You will lead design and execution of compensation strategy, annual planning, job architecture, and incentive plans, partnering with leaders across Finance and People.

You will champion equity, leverage AI-driven analytics, and ensure compliance across regions while building scalable processes and trusted guidance for managers and executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Total Rewards/Compensation.
• Experience scaling a global company.
• Experience in fast-growing SaaS or tech.
• Workday Compensation experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders on compensation decisions that don’t align with high-performance philosophies.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive global compensation strategy and pay structures.
• Leverage AI tools for insights and decision making.
• Develop and scale global pay structures, job families, and LTIP.
• Conduct global market benchmarking and compensation analyses.
• Partner with People, Finance, and exec leadership on incentive plans.
• Advise People Partners on complex compensation requests.
• Oversee end-to-end administration of compensation cycles.
• Drive compensation analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
• Lead design, implementation, and governance of short- and long-term incentives.
• Ensure global compliance with wage and hour regulations.
• Develop enablement training and policies.
