Job summary

ParetoHealth is seeking a Talent Partner Consultant – Technical Recruiter to join our Product/Analytics/Engineering teams on a 6-month contract. This remote role will partner with leadership to own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles across the U.S., shaping workforce plans and talent strategies in a fast-growing company.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, build scalable sourcing plans, and cultivate relationships with top tech and sales candidates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, incl. 2+ years in senior/lead roles.
• Experience recruiting technical teams in high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Advise technical leadership on workforce planning and role design.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Technical roles.
• Design scalable, role-specific recruitment plans.
• Adapt to shifting goals in a high-growth Tech org.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for pipelines.
• Identify and engage top sales talent nationwide.
• Build relationships with high-performing candidates across the U.S.
• Promote ParetoHealth brand to attract top talent.
• Use data to evaluate recruiting performance and metrics.
• Collaborate on DEI, process optimization, and talent planning.
