Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Supervisor Talent Acquisition to lead the Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist teams. This remote role supports an assigned client group across the United States, partnering with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.

You will drive KPIs, manage escalations, and oversee TA processes while promoting a collaborative and high-performing team culture. 7+ years TA experience and familiarity with SmartRecruiters are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with ATS systems, especially SmartRecruiters.
• Experience in fast-paced talent acquisition or HR departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop recruiting strategies and source qualified candidates.
• Manage requisitions, allocate resources, and monitor KPIs for TA performance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy in TA processes.
• Lead TA projects and system implementations.
