Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, from kickoff through close.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define needs and move searches forward.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines beyond inbound applicants for competitive roles.
• A data-informed approach to recruiting, with funnel metrics and market insights to adjust strategy.
• Strong judgment and communication, able to challenge assumptions and surface risks.
• Demonstrated experience improving a recruiting process, program, or system.
• Business acumen to connect recruiting decisions to urgency, cost, risk, and priorities.
• Experience using AI, automation, or modern recruiting tech to improve effectiveness.
• Track record of creating a clear, respectful candidate experience.
• High ownership and self-direction with competing searches and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across your slate of roles, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define what great looks like, build search strategies, calibrate, and decide.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using sourcing, networks, market knowledge, and recruiting tools.
• Maintain structured scorecards, interview feedback, and evidence-based decision documentation.
• Use recruiting data and weekly reporting to communicate funnel health, progress, risks, and actions.
• Deliver a candidate experience that is timely, clear, respectful, and consistent from initial contact to final decision.
• Use AI and recruiting technology to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow while preserving human judgment.
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring, including calibration, interview design, sourcing strategy, and funnel health.
• Make sound day-to-day decisions independently and surface blockers early when alignment is needed.
