Medidata is seeking a self-motivated Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our hiring process. You will manage heavy, complex interview logistics across time zones, acting as the candidate’s first guide and ensuring a high-touch experience while enabling recruiters and hiring managers to move with speed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination in tech, SaaS, or life sciences.
• Experience with high-volume interview scheduling and multi-time-zone coordination.
• Proficiency with enterprise ATS platforms (ideally Taleo) and calendar systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, end-to-end scheduling for multi-stage interviews and executive loops.
• Maintain candidate pipeline integrity in Taleo and send automated reminders.
• Provide clear interview instructions and tech checks for virtual loops.
• Partner with 4-6 TA recruiters and hiring managers to optimize panel availability.
• Identify scheduling bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
