Job summary

Satc Marketing is seeking a Recruiting Coordination teammate to manage interview scheduling across global time zones and teams. You will support recruiting activities in the US, Israel, and India, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and ensure a smooth, white-glove candidate experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience with ATS platforms and scheduling tools preferred (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with executives, recruiters, and hiring teams across global regions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, functions, and global time zones
• Support recruiting activities across Israel, the United States, and India
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to drive an efficient and organized interview process
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and white-glove coordination
• Manage complex scheduling logistics, including executive and panel interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows within the ATS
• Assist with offer coordination and onboarding logistics as needed
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and operational scalability
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
