Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator for a 9- to 12-month contract to support multiple HR functions. You will manage offer processes in Workday, coordinate interview scheduling, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in HR, strong scheduling capabilities, and familiarity with HR tools. This remote role offers flexible collaboration across departments and a focus on process improvement and AI-enabled

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with 1–3 years HR experience.
Experience with calendaring/scheduling and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with modern HR tools: Workday, DocuSign, Candidate.FYI, ServiceNow.
Strong communication and confidentiality with data handling.

Responsibilities

Process a high volume of offer requests using Workday ATS and act as subject expert for recruiters and candidates.
Coordinate and manage candidate interview scheduling and ensure a positive interview experience.
Ensure excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and lifecycle communication.
Assist in recruitment systems management, reporting, analytics, and new hire document collection.
Create/update candidate profiles in Workday and maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist with job creation and advertisement processes.
Build cross-functional relationships across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations and more.
Provide first-level inquiries resolution via Talent Operations ticketing system.
