CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator contractor (Remote) to support a dynamic Talent Operations team.

You’ll manage high-volume offer requests, schedule interviews, and help maintain data integrity in Workday while delivering a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented self-starters with excellent communication, able to collaborate across HR, IT, Legal and Finance, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of offer requests using Workday ATS and act as expert point of contact for recruiters and candidates.

• Assist with job creation, advertisement processes, and recruitment tools.
• Collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Operations and more.

Your work will contribute to maintaining and expanding CrowdStrike’s reputation as an excellent place to interview at, and to work for. **Contract Duration:** 6 months **What You’ll Do:*** Process a high volume of offer requests using Workday ATS and act as a subject expert/point of contact for both recruiters and candidates throughout the offer process* Coordinate and manage candidate interview scheduling and ensure all candidates have a positive interview experience at CrowdStrike by being their main contact throughout their process and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly* Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication throughout the candidate’s life cycle from initial contact to start date* Assist in management and optimization of recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, new hire document collection and employee referrals* Create and update candidate profile within Workday and ensure a high standard of data integrity and confidential record keeping* Assist with job creation and advertisement processes* Build relationships and collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations and more* Provide timely resolution for first-level (Tier 1) inquiries, through our Talent Operations ticketing system, from key stakeholders and colleagues through problem identification and resolution in accordance with organization policies and procedures* Serves as the subject matter expert for Talent processes and procedures guiding candidates, new-hires, and talent partners on the appropriate actions required for submittal* May assist with other projects as assigned **What You’ll Need:*** Degree in Human Resources Management or related business field coupled with 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources* Experience with calendaring/scheduling and continuous improvement* Familiarity in Talent Operations with modern best-of-breed tools (Workday, DocuSign, Candidate.FYI, ServiceNow etc.)* Self-starter with initiative, positive attitude, and passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience* Experience as first line of contact for candidates or customer service related role* Superb attention to detail required as well as excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills* Ability to work cross functionally, perform under tight deadlines, problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment* Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information* Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads* Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes. #LI-Remote CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The hourly rate range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $30 - $40 per hour.
