Jobgether is seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment initiatives across North America, supporting a workforce of approx. 3,500 employees.

The role is fully remote with residency required in the Eastern or Central Time Zone, and occasional travel. Qualifications

• Five+ years in talent acquisition leadership.
• Regional recruitment experience across North America.
• Experience in manufacturing or complex operations environments.
• Knowledge of ATS, online recruitment platforms, digital sourcing tools.
• Stakeholder management with operations leaders, hiring managers.
• Vendor management with external recruiters.
• Data-driven decision making and metrics interpretation.
• Strategic and operational balance; hands-on in critical searches.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American recruitment strategy across United States and Canada.
• Build strategic stakeholder partnerships with operations leaders, hiring managers and business units.
• Drive recruitment innovation using modern sourcing tech and practices.
• Balance strategic leadership with execution in day-to-day recruitment.
• Lead and develop two direct reports; foster team collaboration.
• Leverage recruitment analytics to monitor KPIs and improve time-to-fill.
• Optimize recruitment technology including ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Manage external recruitment partners and agency relationships.
• Enhance candidate experience with professional, consistent interactions.
• Support workforce planning with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs.
• Standardize and improve North American recruitment processes.
