Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Manager Talent Management to lead the learning and development strategy, oversee the LMS, and guide a team of Talent Management professionals. The role partners with leaders to implement learning solutions that enhance capability, career growth, and business performance.

You will design and deliver leadership development programs, manage enterprise-wide initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in end-user LMS experiences across the organization.

Competenze

• 4 Year / bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Learning or related field
• 5 years’ experience in HR, OD, Learning, or related field including managing talent management processes
• Strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms (MS Teams, Adobe Connect and others)

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and facilitate custom instructor-led and self-directed programs for managers and staff
• Create engaging learning experiences and course content
• Lead projects with internal/external SMEs and manage responsibilities
• Ensure LMS targets and user experience improvements through analytics
• Translate business strategy into leadership requirements with cross-functional support
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to deliver talent development solutions and manage team
