Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a strategic leader to steer the organization's learning and development program.

You will design and deliver training, oversee the LMS, and lead a Talent Management team to lift employee capability and drive business performance. You will partner with executives to translate business strategy into leadership requirements, develop programs like Monthly Manager Series and LEAD, and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the learning

Qualifications

Job description

Leads the organization's learning and development strategy, including the design, development, facilitation, and delivery of training programs and learning content. Oversees the Learning Management System (LMS) and manages a team of Talent Management professionals. Partners with business leaders to implement learning solutions that enhance employee capability, support career growth, and drive business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design,develop, and facilitate custom instructor-led and self-directed programsto meet critical development needs for managers and employee population.
• Create engaging learning experiences and compelling course content thatenhances retention and application of knowledge.
• Developingand delivering on team projects and stakeholder groups at once. Projectmanage the design and implementation of agreed-upon solutions withinternal and external subject-matter experts and delegate necessaryresponsibilities.
• Accountablefor providing leadership, taking initiative, and using sound decisions inthe pursuit of achieving LMS targets and objectives, and continuousimprovement in the end user LMS experience.
• Designenterprise leadership and talent development model and framework.Translate business strategy into leadership requirements. Gaincross-functional support for key objectives and priorities throughcollaborative relationships and training including development programssuch as Monthly Manager Series, LEAD, and professional developmenttraining.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
• In partnership with the greater HR team, senior leadership,and other stakeholders you will build and manage a wide variety of talentmanagement & development solutions including professional growth anddevelopment, organizational development, change management and careerdevelopment solutions in addition to managing team members and learningsystem.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated ability of implementing and evolving leadership and talent management programs at a department level.
• Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management with impact across an organization.
• Expertise in a variety of organization, leadership and talent models, tools and methodology.
• Must be familiar with using dashboards, metrics and data to evaluate effectiveness of programs and to communicate results.
• Strong, demonstrated skills in the areas of instructional design, course content design and facilitation
• Strong, demonstrated skills in the areas of business acumen, strategic thinking, influencing others, presentation and facilitation skills, program and project management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated political savvy and emotional intelligence.
• 4 Year / bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Learning or related field
• 5years' experience in HR, OD, Learning, or other related field to includeexperience in managing talent management processes (e.g., programdevelopment, organizational development, instructional design,facilitation, people management, exposure to Learning Management System(LMS), etc.)
• Musthave strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms, MS Teams, AdobeConnect and others.
• This is a remote based position within the USA.
• Pay Information: Min. Salary of $112,900 to Max Salary of $181,800 (annual equivalency) plus bonus potential.
