Qualifications

• 4 Year / bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Learning or related field.
• 5 years' experience in HR, OD, Learning, or related field including talent management processes.
• Strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms such as MS Teams and Adobe Connect.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate custom instructor-led and self-directed programs for managers and staff.
• Create engaging learning experiences and compelling course content to improve retention and application.
• Lead team projects and coordinate with internal and external SMEs to implement solutions.
• Provide leadership and drive LMS targets through continuous improvement of the end user experience.
• Develop leadership and talent development models aligned to business strategy and secure cross-functional support.
• Perform special projects and partner with HR and leadership to deliver talent management solutions.
• Manage a wide range of talent development initiatives including growth, organizational development, and change management.
