You will design and deliver training, oversee the LMS, and lead a Talent Management team to lift employee capability and drive business performance. You will partner with executives to translate business strategy into leadership requirements, develop programs like Monthly Manager Series and LEAD, and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the learning

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Learning or related field.
• Requires 5+ years in HR/OD/Learning or related area including talent management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and facilitate custom instructor-led and self-directed programs for managers and employees.
• Create engaging learning experiences and course content to boost retention and application of knowledge.
• Lead team projects, manage design and implementation with SMEs, delegate responsibilities.
