You will partner with leaders to implement solutions that boost employee capability and business performance. The role emphasizes designing leadership programs, overseeing learning content, and driving cross‑functional collaboration across the HR organization.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Learning or related field
• 5 years' experience in HR, OD, Learning, or related field
• Experience with LMS and learning programs
• Strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms (MS Teams, Adobe Connect)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate instructor‑led and self‑directed programs for managers and employees.
• Create engaging learning experiences and course content to improve retention and application of knowledge.
• Lead projects and coordinate with internal and external experts to deliver solutions.
• Provide leadership and drive LMS targets and continuous improvement in user experience.
• Translate business strategy into leadership requirements and build development programs.
• Handle special projects and collaborate with HR to provide talent management solutions.
