Job summary

You will design, develop, and deliver training programs, oversee the LMS, and manage a team of Talent Management professionals while partnering with senior leaders to drive capability and performance. This remote USA role requires strong facilitation, instructional design, and the ability to translate business strategy into leadership requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Learning or related field.
• 5+ years in HR/OD/Learning or related field including talent management.
• Strong facilitation using virtual platforms (MS Teams, Adobe Connect, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate learning programs for managers and employees.
• Oversee LMS targets and drive continuous improvement of end-user experience.
• Lead projects and coordinate with internal/external SMEs.
• Develop leadership and talent frameworks aligned to business strategy.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to deliver talent solutions.
