Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Manager, Talent Management to shape leadership and employee development strategies. You will partner with HR and business leaders to define programs, build learning solutions, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies.

You will design and deploy development initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and measure program effectiveness through dashboards and data trends to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Learning or related field.
• 5 years’ HR/OD/Learning experience including talent management processes.
• Strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms such as MS Teams and Adobe Connect.
• Experience building leadership and talent management programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and HR to design and implement development programs.
• Develop training materials for performance and career pathing.
• Manage HR communications for consistency with Brand messaging.
• Support cross-functional development initiatives for targeted talent pools.
• Design and deliver instructor-led and online learning experiences for managers and staff.
• Lead multiple projects with internal and external SMEs.
• Monitor trends, HR laws, and best practices to drive results.
• Contribute to talent management, engagement, and career architecture solutions.
