Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Manager of Talent Management to drive learning solutions and employee engagement across the organization.

You will partner with HR, executives, and external experts to design programs, curate content, and implement career pathways that align with business strategy. The role requires deep expertise in leadership development, instructional design, and data-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Learning or related field.
• 5 years' experience in HR, OD, Learning, or other related field including talent management processes.
• Strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms (MS Teams, Adobe Connect) and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CMSU leaders, HRBP's, external experts and vendors to assess skill needs and develop development frameworks.
• Build and deploy training materials to support performance management, talent management, career pathing and reviews.
• Manage HR communications with Corporate Communications for consistent messaging.
• Support cross-functional experiences to accelerate development for targeted talent pools.
• Design, develop, and facilitate instructor-led and self-directed programs for managers and employees.
• Project manage design and implementation of approved solutions with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on HR laws, trends and best practices to deliver measurable results.
