Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Talent Management to support the talent strategy and engagement by partnering with HR leadership and business leaders. You will define, strategize, and implement learning solutions, systems, and tools to advance company business objectives.

You will lead development programs, create learning experiences, and manage multiple projects with internal and external SMEs while ensuring compliance with HR policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Learning or a related field.
• 5 years' experience in HR, OD, Learning, or related field including talent management processes.
• Strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms such as MS Teams and Adobe Connect.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and implement learning solutions and development programs.
• Build and deploy training materials for performance and talent management, career pathing, and talent reviews.
• Manage HR communications to ensure consistent messaging with Corporate Communications.
• Design, develop and facilitate custom programs for managers and employees.
• Project manage multiple initiatives with internal and external SMEs.
• Deliver results by staying current on HR laws, data trends, and best practices.
• Support wide talent management and development solutions including organizational development and retention.
