Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager Talent Management to shape learning strategies and lead engagement initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with HR leadership and business leaders to define, strategize and implement learning solutions, systems, tools that support critical business goals. You will develop and deploy training materials, manage communications, and drive targeted talent programs including leadership development, performance reviews, and career

Qualifications

• Experience implementing leadership and talent management programs at a department level.
• Ability to work with all levels of management with organizational impact.
• Expertise in organization, leadership and talent models and methodologies.
• Familiar with dashboards and data to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Strong instructional design, content creation and facilitation skills.
• Business acumen, strategic thinking, influencing, presentation and PM skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• 4/5+ years in HR, OD, Learning or related fields with talent management exposure.
• Facilitation skills using virtual platforms such as MS Teams and Adobe Connect.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, HRBPs and vendors to assess skill needs and lead development programs.
• Build and deploy training materials for performance and talent management.
• Manage HR communications to ensure consistent messaging aligned with org.
• Support cross-functional experiences to accelerate targeted talent pools.
• Design, develop and facilitate instructor-led and self-directed programs.
• Project manage design and implementation with internal/external SMEs.
• Stay current on HR laws, trends and best practices to deliver results.
• Perform special projects as assigned and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across HR, executives and stakeholders to mature talent solutions.
