Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, people programs, employee experience, or culture with end-to-end ownership of programs and processes

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Rowan's employee listening strategy including survey design, action planning, and executive reporting
• Develop culture programs aligned with Guiding Principles and listening insights
• Design and manage mentoring program structures, matching, communications, and metrics
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed culture initiatives in onboarding, performance, and development
