Qualifications

• Ability to implement and evolve leadership and talent programs.
• Experience with multiple management levels and cross-functional impact.
• Familiar with dashboards and data to measure program effectiveness.
• Strong instructional design, content creation and facilitation skills.
• Business acumen, strategic thinking, influence and program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; emotional intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Learning and 5+ years in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of leadership and talent programs.
• Oversee LMS governance and learning content strategies.
• Partner with leaders to implement learning solutions that drive performance.
• Project manage design and implementation with internal/external SMEs.
• Build and manage talent management solutions including growth and development.
• Provide leadership and drive continuous improvement of the user LMS experience.
