In collaboration with business leaders, you will design, develop, and deliver programs, drive data-driven improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while delivering scalable learning solutions across the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Learning or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR/OD/Learning experience including talent management processes.
• Strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms (MS Teams, Adobe Connect).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate custom programs for managers and employees.
• Create engaging learning experiences and course content.
• Project manage the design and implementation with internal and external SMEs.
• Lead LMS targets and continuous improvement in end-user experience.
• Design leadership development models and translate business strategy into requirements.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to build talent management solutions and manage the team and LMS.
