Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Learning or related field.
5+ years of HR/OD/Learning experience including talent management processes.
Experience with Learning Management System (LMS).
Strong virtual facilitation skills using MS Teams, Adobe Connect, and others.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and facilitate custom programs for managers and staff.
Create engaging learning experiences and content to improve retention and application of knowledge.
Lead multiple projects with stakeholders and external SMEs, delegating as needed.
Provide leadership and drive LMS targets and continuous improvement of the end-user LMS experience.
Design leadership development models and translate business strategy into leadership requirements.
Perform special projects and collaborate with HR and senior leadership on talent solutions.
