• Lead team projects and stakeholder collaboration, managing design and implementation with SMEs.
• Provide leadership and drive LMS targets and end-user experience improvements.
• Develop leadership and talent frameworks and translate business strategy into training.
• Perform special projects as needed and with HR leadership.
• Build and manage talent solutions including development and organizational initiatives.
