Qualifications

• Strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms like MS Teams and Adobe Connect.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate instructor-led and self-directed programs for managers and employees.
• Create engaging learning experiences and content to improve retention and application.
• Lead projects with internal and external subject-matter experts; manage design and implementation.
• Ensure LMS targets are met and end-user experience is continually improved.
• Develop leadership and talent development models aligned with business strategy and obtain cross-functional support.
