Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager Talent Management to drive leadership development and talent strategies across the organization in the United States.

You will collaborate with HR leadership and business leaders to design learning solutions, programs, and tools that align with business goals. You will build development frameworks, manage multiple projects, and ensure effective communication with Corporate Communications while delivering measurable results and maintaining

Qualifications

• 4 Year / bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Learning or related field
• 5 years' experience in HR, OD, Learning, or related field including talent management processes
• Strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms such as MS Teams and Adobe Connect

Responsibilities

• Partner with CMSU leaders, HRBP and vendors to assess skill needs and lead development programs
• Build and deploy training materials for performance and talent management
• Manage HR communications to ensure consistent messaging
• Support cross-functional experiences to accelerate development for targeted talent pools
• Design, develop, and facilitate instructor-led and self-directed programs for managers and staff
• Project manage design and implementation with internal and external experts
• Deliver results by monitoring data, HR laws, and best practices
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Develop talent management solutions including career architecture and retention
