Job summary

Sharp Performance is seeking a Talent Coordinator to run the hiring engine and support rapid, human candidate experiences. You’ll own scheduling, interview loops, candidate communications, offer letters, ATS hygiene, and the handoff to onboarding, ensuring the process never slows down.

You’ll partner with Recruiting, People Ops, and hiring managers across Sales, Product, Coaching and Engineering. This role is Remote with occasional travel to Carlsbad, CA.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
• Experience with Rippling, including candidate stages and workflows.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple candidates and roles.
• Clear, warm, professional writing for candidates and executives.
• Ability to handle confidential compensation information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone screens, interview loops and final rounds across time zones.
• Build balanced interview panels and chase feedback to meet 48-hour targets.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates in process and send updates.
• Draft and route offer letters and track signatures.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and accurate pipeline data for reporting.
• Handoff to onboarding with complete records.
