Job summary

Sharp Performance Inc. is hiring a Talent Coordinator to run the hiring engine for the Sharp team. You will own scheduling, interview panels, candidate communications, and offer letters, ensuring a fast, organized, and human process.

You’ll collaborate with Recruiting, People Ops, and hiring managers across Sales, Product, Coaching, and Engineering. This remote role includes occasional travel to Carlsbad, CA as needed to support hiring momentum.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling, including managing candidate stages or scheduling.
• Strong command of Google Workspace, calendars and docs.
• Excellent organization and ability to juggle 20+ active candidates and multiple roles.
• Clear, warm and professional writing for candidates and executives.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone screens, interview loops, and final rounds across time zones.
• Build balanced interview panels and coordinate feedback within 48 hours.
• Manage candidate communications and confirmations throughout process.
• Draft and send offer letters using templates and track signatures.
• Maintain ATS hygiene with accurate data for reporting.
• Handoff to People Ops with complete onboarding records.
