Job summary

Wilson HR is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to support recruitment and client delivery teams. You will source, identify, and present top talent for varied roles, while building candidate pools and maintaining client relationships.

The role requires excellence in communication, organization, and adapting to fast-paced environments, with opportunities for bonus programs and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Execute an effective sourcing strategy to identify talent.
• Conduct complex internet searches and use social media, networks, and databases.
• Network and build robust candidate pools for multiple positions.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against requirements and culture fit.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Update ATS data entry and reporting; manage admin tasks.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
