Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, employing cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent and exceptional client satisfaction.

You will manage the sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommendation of candidates, maintaining strong relationships and meeting weekly submit/hire goals. Experience with ATS, MS Office, and social media recruiting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including market research, passive sourcing, and online searches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment process from candidate identification to interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a large candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent to clients and navigate objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and processes.
