Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for a fully remote US-based team. You will own candidate pipelines, coordinate offers, ensure compliance, and hand off new hires to Learning & Development for orientation and ongoing development.

The role emphasizes proactive follow-through, regular status updates to leadership, and collaboration across six portfolio entities.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline using multiple channels.
• Document interview notes promptly in a centralized location.
• Coordinate offers, background checks and I-Verify per policy.
• Create employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist onboarding and confirm start dates/systems access ahead of day one.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing for open roles and maintaining momentum across the portfolio.
• Coordinate interviews, capture feedback, and keep hiring teams informed.
• Act as liaison between People Operations and six portfolio entities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on decisions, offers, and paperwork.
• Document and store interview notes and hiring manager feedback.
