The ideal candidate will manage employee records in the HRIS, coordinate onboarding and training logistics, handle sensitive information with discretion, and proactively drive process improvements as the function scales.

Qualifikationen

• Prior HR administrative or People Ops experience.

• Comfort learning multiple systems quickly and managing ambiguity.

• Maintain employee records across six portfolio entities in the HRIS.
• Process employee changes and ensure proper approvals.
• Support orientation and training logistics for Learning and Development.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and leave administration.
• Manage calendars and inboxes for People Ops leaders.
• Coordinate with portfolio leaders on HR needs and travel logistics.
