World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support recruitment activities across roles. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and attract high-quality candidates.

This is a full-time independent contractor role with hours from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. CVs should be submitted in English, and the position is fully remote.

Formación

• 3+ years in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS.
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers and end-to-end hiring.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Teams experience preferred.
• Experience using Zoom/MS Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
