Job summary

First Majestic Silver Corp - Jerritt Canyon Gold is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a fixed-term basis to support a critical ramp-up. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, operational, and leadership roles, with a focus on headhunting, passive sourcing, and building pipelines in mining markets.

The position is based in Nevada with remote work options and occasional travel to the Jerritt Canyon mine site for key meetings and recruiting events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in mining, industrial, or technical fields preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, operational, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and timelines.
• Develop targeted headhunting strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Take ownership of hard-to-fill requisitions with urgency and accountability.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and industry partners to meet hiring needs.
• Provide clear candidate assessments and timely communication throughout the process.
