Job summary

First Majestic Silver Corp-Jerritt Canyon Gold is seeking a Senior HRIS and Process Specialist to lead the full HRIS lifecycle, from requirements through post-go-live stabilization. The role supports review of current processes, data readiness, configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR, business, information systems or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Senior HRIS implementation experience with data migration and testing.
• Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and payroll interfaces.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, IT and HR stakeholders on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, selection, implementation and stabilization of a new HRIS platform.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and site stakeholders to define requirements.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, issue tracking and communications.
• Support change management, training prep and user readiness activities.
• Lead data review, cleansing, mapping, conversion, validation and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with employment, payroll, benefits and records retention.
• Develop data testing, UAT and post-implementation validation processes.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Document SOPs, process maps, system guides and training resources.
• Maintain clear project documentation and progress evidence.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Information Systems, or related discipline

Senior HRIS implementation experience

HRIS data migration & compliance documentation

Strong HR processes knowledge (onboarding, records, payroll interfaces)

Experience with HRIS vendors and cross-functional stakeholders

Remote work independence & strong communication
